Well the attack which anonymous will probably use is a DDOS attack, With facebook having so many servers it's extremely difficult to take down the facebook, but considering the amount of compromised servers which anonymous have under him, it could be possible that anonymous can create a huge denial of service attack which can prevent users from accessing the website from minutes to hours.
